Born in Beirut in 1978, the Lebanese-Armenian artist painter Rita Massoyan has established an upcoming and promising career in the local art scene. She received her Master’s Degree with Honors in Fine Arts from the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts “ALBA” University of Balamand in 2002. Massoyan was recognized in 2001 and 2002 by the French Embassy of Lebanon for a specialization in Fine Arts at the ENSBA-Paris and ENSA.P-Cergy in France.
She held several solo & group exhibitions including the Salon d’Automne at Sursock Museum and the International Print Festival, LIFE N STYLE in Georgia.
Her works have been placed in various private collections including, the Lebanese Ministry of Culture, the French Embassy of Lebanon, the Residence des Pins Beirut, and several others throughout the world.
